Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Festus

Staff was very nice . Checked in heater wasn’t working but they were able to put us into another room . They are in middle of remodel.

Property needs upgrading bad. Holes in walls from pipes being repaired. Overall it looks like it needs a lot of maintenance.

The grab bar in the shower was so loose it almost came off. The carpet was soiled and had large holes. The entrance door from the parking lot had the security mechanism removed. This place should be renovated or closed

I was a little hesitant to stay here. Hotel is a older hotel but you can tell they are remodeling it and it was clean. The cleanliness was a big deal for me.

Friendly staff and rooms were clean. It had all amenities provided.

I could go into great detail, but for the sake of time, I would never stay there again. Very run down and dirty. The front desk folks were very helpful and friendly though. Location was great, no problem with that. It just needs updating so bad. The rooms are very small.

The lobby was beautiful. The Rooms were absolutely horrible.

It was run down and the heated pool wasn’t heated. Will not stay there again.

The 3rd floor smelled like a dead animal. The king sized mattress was too big for the full sized frame. I had to beg for towels. They had no visible service staff. The shower was pulled away from the wall. The carpet was stained. The TV didn’t work. Just an overal miserable experience. Stay away!

Room smelled like mold. Shower had not been cleaned, still had hair on the walls. Toilet would not flush. Doors to get in either would not open all the way or the knob only turned one way. Side tables next to bed were not same size, no plugs on one side for charging, only one lamp plugged in for light. CONSTANT POLICE PRESENSE. They road through the parking lot multiple times both nights we were there.
