Very dirty

School needed a little work and a lot of construction around the area

Poor lady at reception has only worked there for two days and was left by herself to deal with everything. It took 30 minutes to get a room assigned. The toilet had pee in it and the flusher did not work. I let the receptionist know. She gave me another room. The carpet had a lot of moisture in it. The pillows were nasty and totally stained. In the morning I had bites all over my upper body. Not sure if it was bedbugs or if my room was crowded with mosquitoes. For the price I paid, I expected a much better room. I stayed in motel6 the night before, it was a lot cleaner.

Nothing worked in our room, pool was small very outdated building.

The fitness equipment that required power, did not work at all. The fitness equipment that did not require power, needed maintenance to the point of inoperabability. The breakfast was nothing more than sugar cereal and re-tread coffee. Room 336 had a door that was not secure. The bathtub was stained with colors like a unicorn died in there. The fan was hanging from the ceiling. We had no soap. Again, no soap to even wash hands.

I don’t recommend a stay here. It was ran down. And halls smelled terrible. Breakfast was super dirty area. Older gentleman with glasses that worked days at front desk was absolutely rude. It really needs a deep clean and new curtains! Mattress and bedding seems new.

The curtain at the window was ripped. The breakfast was so-so. The check-in guy was great!

Too much light coming in the room overnight difficult to sleep

Our room was dirty stained linens and food in freezer coffee cups were used and holes in door

The common areas, including hallways, pool area, and elevator floors were filthy.
