Every single member of the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful, consistently going the extra mile with genuine warmth and efficiency. Any request I had was handled immediately and effectively—their commitment to service is truly top-tier.

Location in quiet area of Jeddah, locate near to sea and old Jeddah, you can walk to nearby, rooms renewed and in good condition. Welcoming team in reception was great in terms of check-in and check-out, and explains the facilities in the hotel. I tried the dinning in room it was 7/10 for meat steak sandwiches and soup. Hotel clean in general.

My initial review was removed by TripAdvisor, so I will restate my experience with more careful language. This is a critical warning to all travelers. Our stay at this property was the most negative travel experience we have ever encountered. The issues were so severe they transcended poor service and entered the realm of feeling unsafe and targeted. 1. Concerning Staff Conduct: The most serious incident involved a staff member overseeing the pool and gym area, described as a bald gentleman with a mustache. His behavior towards us was unequivocally discriminatory and constituted targeted harassment. His actions were unacceptable, unprofessional, and created an environment where we felt profoundly uncomfortable and unwelcome. We feared for our safety. A formal, detailed complaint has been filed with the hotel's general management. We are awaiting their substantive response and plan for corrective action. We have stated that without a satisfactory resolution, we will be compelled to file a report with the appropriate local authorities given the nature of the incident. 2. Property Condition: The facility is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The room and hallways were dusty and had a persistent unpleasant odor. The state of disrepair and lack of basic cleanliness is not acceptable. Who this hotel is NOT for: · Families: The pool area environment was not safe or welcoming. · International Visitors: We experienced clear targeting; others may as well. · Travelers expecting cleanliness and safety: The property fails on both fronts.
