the staff in the reception was amazing. specially Jana. clean rooms wonderful restaurant easy access to all city places. the duration of the stay was short at this time but was more than comfortable.

my trip was for business. it was a good and clean and big room with all required facilities. Hotel lobby is big and beautiful and many Cafes are available around the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and room service was good . I will stay again here

Great location, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Staff is courteous and responsive, Concierge desk is impressive to organize side trips. Overall total value for money hotel, right in the center of Jeddah. Would come back definitely.

Check in experience was amazing service , room amenities every thing was great i arrived early had to go out quick check in took my bag and when returned my bag was in my room with nice amenities extremely clean nice bathroom comfort bed and delicious breakfast

"NOT GOOD"

room service was not ok. for 2 days there was no hand soup in bathroom, lost my wedding ring in the room and upon searching, found so much garbage under the bed. I am sure that my wedding ring was thrown in the trash during cleaning. i made a complain to the hotel reception, they searched again and nothing found. never lost anything during my previous 3 years visits to all other hotels.
