Excellent service overall, Breakfast buffet was supper with different dishes especially the asian corners. Buffet and the room cleanliness was fantastic. Staffs behaviour and welcoming was really coll and familiar. Thanks everyone for make my days memorable.

This is a nice hotel, prime location, profesional and friendly service. Rooms are clean and nice. It does the job for couple of days in business trip. You have many restaurants around and you can go walk on the corniche. Swimming pool is ok too!

An excellent hotel in a great location with a wonderful and friendly team of staff to address anything you need. The reception employees were very cooperative and keen to offer the best services especially Mr. Abdul Aziz Deputy Manager, and Mr. Tawfiq Dada Operations Director. Mr. Mirza Najmul and Mr. Tawheed were very responsive at the restaurant at the restaurant. Food, drinks, salads, sweets' tastes, quality & quantities were very good and delicious. Housekeeping teams were always on time for keeping the suite clean and tidy.

The executive suite was very comfortable. It was clean and with a pretty view. There was a little noise when the cleaning crew were cleaning the room ext door and they took a while. The bathroom and amenities were very accommodating. We have tried the food as part of an event we attended; the steaks, smoked salmon, and Sayyadiyyah were especially delicious.

The welcome at arrival was very friendly and professional. Room was nice, clean and complete.Bed was very nice with enough good pillows. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Gym and outdoor pool were very nice. The Crown Plaza Jeddah is an excellent hotel to stay.
