"Excellent"

Nice hotel in a good locatiion with very nice and helpful staff. However the property needs renovation as it looks a bit tired and outdated. Also we had some water issue (no hot water) which we assume it is due to the age of the property

Very poor bathroom and shower area in Tub is a recipe for accidents. Its difficult to understand why the hotel cant check basics. 9/10 times you are likely to slip in the shower area as the tub is probably too old or not appropriate for adults to take a shower. Room quality below par for a Crown plaza property.

The rooms were clean but very small. The hotel is quite old it seems & needs a makeover. The staff was nice & friendly. The location is also ok.
