"Great customer service. Going to extra mile and being proactive"

Brilliant customer service. Plane arrived very early morning and I needed some sleep , so I booked 2 nights. On arrival the receptionist realised me paying a night extra for just a couple of hours and refunded one night. Always great experience in this hotel. Great facilities like pool gym sauna. Great breakfast.

"Not the quality of Crowne Plaza and IHG"

The team is very friendly and helpful Hotel Location is close to the sea but Rooms are old and in need to be renovated urgently. Imagine there was a Hole in the room curtain because it was old. Also the room smel was bad because of the old AC system. not the quality of Crown Plaza and IHG :(

"sleeping with mosquitoes "

My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it.

Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful with sightseeing tips. The room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. A variety of restaurants and other services are within walking distance and it is very close to the Corniche for views of King Fahad's Fountain. Overall, a great place to stay.

The hotel reminded me of the new wave of hotels as they were built in the 70's: standard room, bathroom and public areas - but overall well kept. Location was good for me but I would recommend hotel on the Corniche to others. Food was excellent!
