Crowne Plaza Jeddah stadards always is the same, they always aim to high, 10 of 10 is one standard for all their services, food, cleaning, recpetion, all. It is the only choice for me everytime, it isnt comparable

I am grateful to this hotel's professional staff and nice people, both at the restaurant and at the reception. They speak good english so we can communicate. They come from several countries. They are lovely and supportive! Rooms are comfortable and clean, no noise but peace! All the necessary kits are there. The hotel is in a good position as it is 20 minutes from Jeddah airport.

This hotel was my home for two weeks and the entire stay could not have been any better. It was an extremely comfortable, friendly and had a professional environment. The food was top notch. Rooms were cleaned to perfection. The gym and pool on the ninth floor met my needs. Best of all was the hotel staff, especially in the restaurant. Chef Thaib made whatever I wanted for breakfast and did so at the highest standard. Bakur was always present when I needed a drink or answers to questions. The staff was thoroughly professional. I give a huge thumbs-up to Showat, Mainduddin, Tanveer, Sobair, Jenny, Wazeeb, Aquib, Ahmed Waza, Shinto. I’m probably forgetting a name or two. Everyone was fantastic. When I return to Jeddah, this will be my hotel of choice.

My stay at Crowne Plaza was truly exceptional. The warm welcome and flexibility of the staff made me feel valued from the very first moment. The hotel itself is of outstanding quality, with excellent cleanliness, facilities, and overall comfort. A wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

The reception staff were very polite, especially the employee Janan. I asked to change the room and got a free upgrade. She was cooperative. I thank them very much, and it will not be the last time.

My second business stay this year, as an IHG member I was given a slightly larger room. Totally unexpected!! Great room, great facilities, but the bathroom is small and I am a big guy! Get rid of the bath, and install a walk-in shower. As its the low season, only breakfast was being served, and dinner was room service. The room service menu is good and the food is excellent.

Tremendous staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Vishnu in the Club Lounge is always attentive and helpful. Makes our business trips very productive. Location near the Corniche makes for easy access to restaurants and scenic walks along the waterfront.
