The floor smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.

Room wasn't clean. Kry not weoming frequently to the door No shampoo Shower tap was rotating around.. no proper on off.. Sorry to sat but but need pelroper services

People were friendly. Rooms are a nice size. But the gym and pool were closed 😕. I was hoping to use them so I could keep workingout. My job is physical that was the main reason I choose them.

This place is an absolute nightmare. The place is supposed to be nonsmoking, yet the first room we were placed in smelled like it’d been smoked in for years. We then got another room and there were holes in the walls, stains on the sheets and comforters, and cigarette burns in the mattress. We were so disappointed, we left the next morning when we had booked it for 2 nights. Word of advice, DO NOT book here.

I would not recommend this chain of hotels! It was not a good experience.

NOTHING! We never checked in. This company took my money. They had a power outage. They were not able to check us in. I canceled the room, but they still charged my card.

They charged my card, but never checked us in due to a storm power outage. This company took my money. They were not able to check us in because of no power. I never stayed there. I canceled through bookings, but they still charged me. I asked for my money back, but they refused stating we had to email the hotel to cancel since we couldn't call to cancel due to the storm. No power to call. Not a all happy with this company.

We chose this hotel because they had a pool there. When I made the reservation nothing was said about the pool being shut down, when we checked in they said nothing about the pool being shut down. We went to our room only one elevator was working. Got our 2 yr old changed into bathing suit went to pool only to see it was out of service. The power went out, I had to work on the toilet to get it working. It was not a clean hotel. They didn’t offer any refunds or any other places with pools. Just a very disappointing weekend experience.

I don't like the TV don't halfway work you don't get all the channels not even kids channels on their TV. awesome they're elevator they have one working elevator and is so slow you'll wait like 20 minutes to get on the elevator. and they're pool was closed due to human department but they don't keep their pool clean, and the place was falling apart pictures like hanging by the Fred just like hoes crack everywhere is place is awful do not bring your kids or family here. Best part is no refund
