Very friendly staff, clean room, good location.

The room was so hot that I was unable to sleep. There was a fan provided and the windows were open but the room remained unbearably hot.

Staff were pleasant. Bedding nice and clean and bed comfy. Good choice of breakfast and with this included in the price, it was a fair price.

The bed settee in the room looked like it needed a good clean. No information as to when breakfast would start. Room a little tired looking.
