Yet again problems with the kitchens , this time no eggs at breakfast last time the kitchen had been completely out of action

You cancelled my room on the day of my arrival, and I am still chasing you to get the refund for the money that you should have automatically sent back to me!

Location okay as was breakfast

Filthy carpets, rusty towel rails, black mold in ,bedroom and bathroom, really a place that should not be allowed to run as it is, a very run down horrible place.

Very comfortable, parking. Friendly and helpful staff and the included breakfast was excellent. This is an old hotel with its' own old style charm but does need serious refurbishment. We will stay again though.

My partner was in Andover for a meeting just outside the town. The White Hart is a traditional hotel, in the Marston's Group, and is excellent value for money with free parking. Some of the common areas are slightly faded but the bedroom was very large, the bed comfortable the ensuite bathroom very large and clean. The young staff were excellent and friendly. In the morning I read the papers over breakfast while my partner was in his meeting (which overran so I was there for a few hours!) but the staff made sure that I was looked after which I really appreciated. The breakfast itself was fabulous - in fact the best poached eggs I think I have ever had!

Large room with nice bedding and towels. Huge bathroom. Staff lovely and helpful. We will stay again
