The staff was outstanding. Billy Arberry (not sure of last name), Breakfast Lady, and daytime front staff. Billy was not only outstanding, he was helpful in any and all issues. He deserves the highest recommendation I could ever give to any individual.

Nice and quiet

The hotel lobby and room are clean, well decorated, good parking availability, and pretty good variety of breakfast foods.

Some noise issue, the floor/ceiling and walls doesn't seem to be insulated. We can hear minor noise from above and adjacent or from hallway. Some of the appliances were not functional, including the fridge. House keeping was behind during our 2 days stay and didn't provide fresh towels.

Expected a nice clean hotel. When I walked in the room I thought it was great. I didn’t even think to inspect anything. I’m not an observant person so I didn’t notice the bathroom until later and started looking around more and more once things started popping out at me. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I believe that’s a fingernail or toenail behind the toilet. I got completely grossed out and they moved me to another room. The ac didn’t work in that room. So they moved me to another room. No apology, no offer of a refund. Makes me think this may happen often?

Staff (Rebecca) is extremely helpful with a great personality
