TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs

My wife and I stayed at the Townplace Suites in Arkansas August 15th - 17th. Upon checking into our room, the room was very hot and the thermostat was set to 60 degrees temperature. However the thermostate was not operating correctly as a result of showing that it had a dead battery and needed to be replaced. We. contacted the front desk and made the hotel aware of the problem, in which we were told that the maintenance man would address it on Saturday. On Saturday morning my wife and I left the hotel for 3-4 hours and returned in the afternoon. Upon returning to our room, we found that our door was left open, with the bead bolt out, preventing the door from closing. At first I initially thought that house keeping or maintenance was currently in the room, until I opened the door and found our room was a complete mess. Our personal luggage items were thrown out all over the room, along with our towels dishes, and bedding. I contacted the front desk and altered them what we came back to and the associate apologized stating the maintenance man left our door open, causing this issue. After a thorough search of our belongings, we were only missing the alcohol I purchased on Friday and also some of my wife’s lingerie. At no point in time has any from the hotel management reached out to make any of this right or even to issue an apology. Confirmation Number: 95445648

Excellent establishment

Everything was excellent, we were very happy with the property.

Very comfortable bed. I like the fact it is dog friendly. We had a very nice experience. The breakfast was yummy.

Not too good, room was not very clean, dirty towels in the closet, hair in the bathroom

I had no idea until I arrived that I had to pay 100.00 non refundable fee for a 7 pound pom chi. Gentleman that checked me in was an awesome employee. Motel is lucky to have him. The room was wonderful up until I went to shower. The shower itself had long hair all on walls and tub itself. And it looked like maybe a lil mold growing or just possibly needed to be cleaned better or it’s from age. But better long hair that pubic hair!!

Nice. Feels like an apartment and not a hotel

Staff was phenomenal and rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. I also left behind my beats. Called the hotel, they had been turned in by the cleaning staff and the manager mailed them to me!

I asked for rooms side by side because our family is so big we have to get two rooms. We had rooms in two separate alcoves across the hall. But the rooms were fantastic and it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

Great location, very clean and neat. Staff very polite and friendly
