Gross 🤮 🤮🤮🤮🤮. First off I get there at 5 and check in is at 3 and my room is not ready. The lady tells me give her a few minutes to figure out what she needs to do. So I go out to my car for like 10 minutes or so. I come back in and I ask her how long I’m going to have to wait she said she put me in a new room. The next day as I was about to pull out of the hotel I checked my charges like I always do and they over charged me $260. I go back in and there is no one at the desk. The lady is outside, I wait like 10 minutes for her to finish her personal call. When she finally comes in from her personal call I try to explain to them what happened and she said it was the person before fault and dragged it out. Then she said my dog pooped in the hallway and I lost it. I ask for surveillance footage and they would not give it to me and not give me proof. By this point, I had had a few choice words and used a lot of sarcasm But I did not scream at the top of my lungs or beat the counter with my fist like she did. So totally unprofessional. Then she refused to give me the receipt, which is my right. Because I spent the money. So I called the cop and then, so she called the cops on me. But I guess I won in this situation because I got my receipt and I got my money back But why don’t we ask the manager to check the surveillance of footage on the front desk and see who beat the counter and screamed and yelled at the top of my lungs at the customer because I sure didn’t

I got there after driving 8 hours, this was at 5 pm, when I arrived. Check in is at 3 my room was not ready yet. Then the lady said that I was going to have to wait. So I asked how long it would take and she said she had another room for me. The next morning I checked out and right before I pulled away I checked my account. The hotel over charge me $260. When I went in there was no one at the front desk the lady was outside on her cell phone. I had to wait for her to finish her personal call. Then she was not having it with giving me my receipt. Something about the lady the night before screwed everything up. Yes I may have used a few choices words. But this lady straight up yelled at me and banged her fists on the counter. I had to call the police just to get my receipt and I had to file a dispute with my bank. What a horrible unprofessional service. She also lied and said my dog popped in the hallway and refused to show me videos surveillance of it. I guess I won didn’t I because I got my receipt and my money back.

The pool was dirty day 1. I told the front desk it is dirty. Day 2 a little better. Day 3 dirty. Day 4 pool was gross. I told the front desk about this. They came out to look, and then the pool was closed down. We all had to leave the entire pool area. We booked this hotel to stay by the pool and chill. The other thing we didn't like was the placement of the TV. The TV is usually on the wall in front of the bed. The TV in our room was on the right side of the bed by the entrance of the bathroom. Due to this, we both had neck issues. I have to say the people at the front desk were great. Sorry, I didn't want to write a bad review but the pool situation was really bad.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, room was big love the kitchen area .

Didn’t like where our room was because our wall was against the elevator, heard it all the time, sounds like we was sleeping in the mechanical room of the bowling alley. Dislike the small glass to get the juice for breakfast. Parking was tight.

Mattress a little to hard. Other than that everything was great
