Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG

Every thing was great as usual the desk clerks were pleasant and helpful the room was clean the air conditioner worked well good trip see you next week

The hotel location is across from the Phoenix Rail system.

The room was located on the 5th floor. The hallway carpet smelled badly of mildew. When I brought it to the attention of the shift manager, he had commented that the water damage had recently happened and they had not quite had the time to address it, but yet they were assigning rooms on that floor. When I asked about the availability of another room on a different floor, I was told that the hotel was sold out. My room number was #521 and I stayed for one night on June 10, 2026. My opinion is poor management and poor customer service. That full occupancy was priority over customer experience. .

The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. James at the restaurant was very accommodating and enjoyable. He has a great personality!!!

Front desk explained in detail how to return our rental car to the airport and return via sky train. She took the time to make sure we understood where we were going and helped us calm down and feel confident. I really appreciate the time she took to explain the process!

We stay at this hotel prior to flying out of Sky Harbor. Parking rates are fair, hotel room is clean and comfortable. This is a great option with very short free shuttle service to the airport..
