"From Negative to Stellar!"

We enjoy the convenience of the Park, Stay, and Go package that Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport offers. The rooms are always clean, we enjoy having a meal at the bar, and the shuttle to the airport is excellent. Our last experience was headed in a negative direction and the manager, Keanu Parra stepped in and turned it around and made it a top notch stay. We will definitely be back!

We love eating at Perch and James is a pleasure to talk to. He is a great host!! The food is delicious too.

The pool could have been warmer. And the desk chair in room 536 needs to be repaired it's very wobbly. I tried to tighten the bolts but I didn't have the proper tools.

"Perfect night after a very tiring and frustrating day of travel."

The female desk clerks who were working when we checked in and checked out were both very nice and helpful. Our King room was large and with a huge flat-screen television and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Our breakfast in the hotel restaurant the next morning was excellent and our server could not have been nicer and more attentive. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we travel to Phoenix.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. I’ve always chosen this hotel because of the comfortable bed. Disappointed this time.

"Great Location, Needs Updating"

We usually stay here when we have an early flight out of PHX. Pleasant staff, good shuttle service, clean rooms, comfortable bed & secure parking. The hotel needs updating. Furniture is nicked up and carpets worn.
