Holiday Inn & Suites Marlborough by IHG

We stayed for one night. regardless of the request for quiet room we were given ground floor room near common areas and elevator. Because of some school sport team staying at the hotel as well, the noise of children running along the corridors was very distracting - nobody at the reception even tried to restore some order. We were initially given only 2 breakfast vouchers despite having 4 adults on the reservation. 2 more vouchers were given with reluctance. Despite being guarded such closely, the breakfast has quite poor choice, and it seem that people would have access to it at the discretion of waiting staff (we have seen people without breakfast vouchers being waved through). It might be possible that we were just unfortunate to have bunch of noisy guests in the hotel, but it is what it is.

Sooo happy with our stay at this hotel. This hotel was about 7mins from the rink we had to attend - New England sports centre. Jessica in the lounge provided the most friend service while we stayed. Ryan at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. All staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was perfect for our family of 4. I would definitely go back.

Planned a quick stay for my son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary. WOW! It was great. From Shawn, the General Manager, to everyone on staff they were all excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you. Will remember this for a long time.

I have been twice in this hotel for business travel. I like it because it is very closed to the lake and out of the town. Good room, clean and well decorated. Good Food for Breakfast. Professional Team. I want to come back again !

fiancé has to stay at this property a lot due to work, his job books him here. But after this stay I’ll make sure they don’t book here ! Bugs in the room! FD has the audacity to question us. 🚨🤬😡 GROSS
