The room was excellent
The staff was terrific and the hotel is quite fine. Very comfortable beds. It's just a bit run down in appearance, with an elevator that wasn't working and a breakfast buffet that closed too early.

This hotel was just OK and badly in need of an upgrade to catch up to 2021 travelers' needs. AC Outlets were limited, and there were no USB ports in the room. The whole place just looked very tired.
It was a great stay!
The shower head was broken. The toilet was very slow. The tub had areas of paint chipping. We could barely take a shower
Stayed here for 2 nights. First room had a broken toilet. Second room was dated despite “renovations” and 1 week after arriving home discovered we brought a bed bug back with us! Lobby and staff were nice. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I've stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years & this was the worse. Archaic, dirty, lacked amenities, unhelpful staff, no fitness or food. Paltry surroundings & noisy as ever. Manager Mia! Awful! Do not stay here 😖
