Staff was very friendly and apologetic

The room we were in was very outdated and dirty. We had blood stains on the bedding, what we believe was bloody snot on the walls, floor wasn't vacuumed, white residue on the bed skirt, the remote was so sticky that we couldn't use it because the buttons stuck. When we requested a new room we were informed that none were available.

Relaxing weekend trip away with 3 year old niece. Pool was amazing! All staff we came in contact with was very friendly..always had a smile and would engage in conversation with a very excited 3 year old that had never stayed at a motel before. Room was very clean and nice! Microwave is perfect addition to the room also. Thank you!!

Location & stag were good. Breakfast was very good. The women in the restaurant, essentially the young lady manager was fantastic! Not a buffet so that was great. Hot customer breakfast

Dingy looking halls. My room 327 was noisy from other guests . Doors slamming in the night woke me at least 3 times after midnight. The king bed is old. You could roll of either side it was so bad.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in a very long while. Though fireside inn allowed pets it couldn’t compare to the comfort, cleanliness nor excellent hospitality of the Best Western plus. Down pillows and a perfect bed. The breakfast was such a bonus! Highly recommend adding the corned beef hash for a wonderful upgrade! So delicious and homemade. Looking forward to the next visit!

Room was good. Breakfast was fantastic and so was any staff we encountered. It was nice and quiet.

Pillows were awful. Halls smelled like weed and cigarettes.
