Close to downtown and commercial Waterville. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Good portions of delicious food.

The first room we were given smelled like it had once been a smoking room (you’ll never get that smell out) and the fridge was not working at all. Thankfully they gave us another room that did not smell bad and had a working fridge. The entrance to the pool area was very odd and uninviting.
