Breakfast was free and was tasty and fulled us up. Glad there was a gym and pool. I walked around property and felt safe.

A little dated but was clean and staff was friendly

I loved the breakfast that's included I love the staff they are all so nice, the rooms are clean and it's comfortable all around the only hotel I go when in Waterville is here.

"Clean better and update broken beds/seating"

Bed was comfortable

Dirty clothes and toys left behind and no cleaned up. Heater only turned up and down when it wanted to. Pool had no towels in the morning. Wet towels were covered in filth from being on the carpet.under bed/chairs all falling apart.

Breakfast was exceptional, also the meal we had at night was fantastic. Excellent food! Very pleasant staff. On Friday night, the restaurant was packed with only one waitress, and she did a phenomenal job!

"Concert night"

Nice large, comfortable room, and my husband loved the pool. There was an excellent free breakfast with 3 options to pick from. Dinner was available in the Irish Pub.

The elevator was a long walk to our room and the pool and restaurant. I'm not sure, but it seemed to be the only elevator in the building.
