"Underwhelming but accommodating friendly staff"

Staff were pleasant and accommodating

Room ac didn’t work. Had to be moved. Another guest on our team had a child locked in the bathroom because the door was jammed. One night the elevator didn’t work to the 5th floor. Another family from the team showed up with a reservation but didn’t have that room available. Lots of things to go wrong facility and process wise, but the staff did everything they could with what they have.
