The hot tub was decent, but it was the only positive aspect of my room.

The room was not clean, and we had to call housekeeping back to clean the tub and floors again. The toilet broke and wouldn’t flush, which took about 45 minutes to be repaired. The refrigerator wouldn’t close due to ice buildup in the freezer, so maintenance had to replace it. I also had to reset the cable box just to get the TV working.

I enjoyed how nicely decorated the lobby was. It had a modern yet classy appearance. I really appreciated how kind the front staff were and the welcoming hospitality of their manners.

Unfortunately the bathroom in the room is had booked was a bit messy and the tub was not scrubbed so it had a little but of a yellow tint to it.
