Radisson Hotel Lenexa Overland Park

Very professional

Hotel needs a lot of work. Needs new paint, new parking lot, and general upkeep. It was more like staying at a Motel 6 than a resort style hotel.

Indoor pool and spa were very nice and super clean. Had a great working ice maker. The room was clean and had everything I expected. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The front desk people were flat. And the walls in the hall and room had lots of dabs of mismatched paint, it looks janky.

Very "grumpy or disgruntled staff" from check-in and throughout stay, the breakfast bar staff being hte exception. Staff wouldn't answerer phone from inside the hotel, or before arriving. Did not feel welcome at all. Was asked if I was "stupid", elevator out of service throughout stay. OBVIOUS prostitution ring going on. Charged the wrong rate, wouldn't get any assistance, told "take it or leave"

The hot tub, and the continental breakfast was pretty good.

no table other than the desk that had the TV on it. The side tables were part of the wall and I couldn't reach it from the bed to turn off the light. The people in the room next door were having very loud sex for like 2 hrs. The paint and wall paper were peeling off the walls.

Out of all the rooms, they put me in the old part of the hotel, which is very hard to access and they was rude as heck…

Outdated and room has an odor

I was not accommodated with the room I made the reservation for! They waiting until I got there to tell me that they did not have the room with the jetted tub! So I had to settle for a small little room in the middle were the AC never turned off!! The hot water in the shower did not get hot! And the young lady at the front desk was very rude, and impatient! I will never be going back there again! And I feel like I should be accommodate it for my troubles!

It was a great stay for my daughter’s birthday party with friends. Lots of space to explore and have fun.

They are NOT wheelchair accessible friendly. If you are in a wheelchair like i am you cant even get close to the pool nor hot tub. The bathroom was so small i was unable to close the bathroom door while in use. The offered a handicapped room with two queen beds.They stuck me in a king room and did not have the role around bed that they had promised to provide after the first mess up.
