Radisson Hotel Lenexa Overland Park

I liked the location of the room.

When you walked into the lobby of the hotel, 2 trash cans were sitting in the middle of the hall, with what looked like dirty water. The lobby was hot, the hallways were hot, the room was hot!! Too many things to list what was wrong with this hotel. I would Not recommend this hotel.

When we checked in were given a room that had beer cans covering the dresser, bed not made. Desk clerk had no apology and acted put out that we needed another room. Air conditioning was out in lobby and dining area.

Honestly I had higher expectations for the price I originally almost paid to stay there! It was pretty rundown and every room door was like half a inch or more from touching the ground if you wanted to you could see under the door into someone’s room I woke up the last day at 5am because the people next door where so loud it sounded like they were in my room! The refrigerator barely works it’s overall kind hot and humid in the lobby you kind of have no choice but to hang out in your room if your ac even works lol as you walk the halls to the room it looks really iffy then you enter the room and your like okkkkay this is decent lol it was an experience

The room was clean and comfortable. It was peaceful. We definitely will stay here again

Only one elevator for such a large facility.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, shower and hair dryer worked just fine. Hallways appeared to need a little repairing around baseboards in a few places, and there is no elevator on the side of the hotel we were on.

Location is great and I thought Radisson is a great hotel, but Motel 6 is better than this location. The smell is the hallway is horrible. This place is not worth what I paid for and needs serious renovation. Water leaking from everywhere into buckets. This location needs serious renovation. I was very dissapointed i the name Radisson.
