Radisson Hotel Lenexa Overland Park

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was pretty crowded so we just observed from the lobby area.

Son and I come to Kansas for basketball events all the time. This time around it was for some hard core training. So I had specifically booked this room for a reason. The first day I checked in the jacuzzi had dirty water in it. I called the front desk 3rd no answer. Son and I went down stairs and I told the lady up front and she said we could switch rooms as there was no house keepers. She said I could look at the room, we did and it was a big walk in shower that wasn’t gonna work for us. So we went back down stairs and I said no the walk in shower won’t work for us. I told her the reasoning why we booked the shower and she looked again to see if a house keeper could clean it. She said no there wasn’t. And said how about we take the shower one and she will put us back in the jacuzzi room tomorrow. I said no bc I’m pregnant and I worked and just drove here and I was looking forward to sitting in the tub. So I’ll just go get cleaning stuff and clean it myself. She then said okay I’ll call house keeper to go and clean it. So I though it was crazy that all of a sudden there was one available. Son and I left to go get food. Got back to the room and in like it’s hot and muggy in here we turn up the AC to 60. 8 asked my son if there was Air coming out he said. Barley, no warm or hot water. From no. Faucet. Next day came back still hot. I asked for a fan. Still no warm or hot water, found out the boiler was broken, told manager be there in mornings need more room to type.

Very large facility, in the middle of a renovation when it is complete it will be nice. Pool area was dark, breakfast was not good, wait staff did not change out syrup or juice when notified of dead flies.

I love the atrium style pool area and lobby.

We needed a quick pkace to stay. It convenient and price was bad.

The property is OLD. I thought Radison was a good chain...this one not included. Water damage on all hall carpets. There was a rain storm amd all the bottom floor was water leaking. Many dryers and garbage.cans all over to deal with flooding. Im glad i only slept and showered there. Wouldnt want to hang in the hotel for long periods of time

Building is ready to collapse and so many leaks in the whole building and bathroom has leaks and holes in the tub

The room was good and the breakfast was good especially it was free with the room. Although, when it was raining the inside of the building turned into a water park. Water was everywhere and big puddles in the lobby and the dining area
