Radisson Hotel Lenexa Overland Park

I’ve gotta be honest; this is one of my worst hotel stays. The pool is tiny which in and of itself is not an issue: but it is when a massive group of teenagers are there and all of them push the pool way over capacity and make a ton of noise until 10+pm. My kiddo couldn’t get in to the pool safely during most of our trip, which is half the reason we narrowed it down to this property. The room was hot and falling apart, there were buckets everywhere for dripping water, the shower was a slow trickle at MOST, there was the constant sound of running water through pipes in our room, several outlets in the room didn’t work, the parking lot was a mess, the hall to our room smelled like mildew, the pool was murky which was odd and concerning, the breakfast was really underwhelming and there was a hair in the gravy, the trash cans were full in the room when we checked in….. A few of those issues? Sure. Absolutely. But ALL of them and more that I’m not thinking of in this moment? It goes down in history as one of my worst experiences that I paid way more money for than I would have liked. We will not be back.

Older property and mold in bathroom. Rooms also had to doors so didn’t feel as safe in the room

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Phenomenal. Clean presentation of the hotel.

Room smelled horrible and there was stains on the bedding and the floor wasn’t clean and the tub was disgusting and the breakfast was terrible

Hotel lobby was extremely hot and there were some loud kids when trying to sleep but we were there for baseball tournament.

The floors were soaked and smelt of mold and mildew. The ac didn't work in the 1st room and it barely worked in the second room. I checked out early to stay at a friemds house. Totally dis not live up to the Radisson name.

Staff was great. Hotel is showing its age. No bar or restaurant at the hotel had to go down the road to eat and have a cocktail. Overall the price was right for what we were looking for.

At first my stay was wonderful! But then there was a misunderstanding of how many nights I was staying. Instead of charging my card on file for an extra night. I woke up to the night clerk pounding on my hotel door at midnight telling me I had to leave or he would call the police. It was horrible!!
