While I was glad they accommodate pets, I came home with flea bites from my stay. When trying to find and area to walk my dog I had to dodge trash. And to the competing sounds of the dehumidifier and the AC made it tough to sleep. I had high hopes but was disappointed.

"Overall great resort to stay, staff are friendly, facilities are clean."

The people were friendly. We visited the Ozark distillery and LandShark bar and grill. The food and view at Reserve 1932 was amazing. And we enjoyed music at Encore.

The Tv and internet was not hooked up when we stayed, once we. Had it set up it was fine.

Photos provided online did not match rooms proper description. Gaps between main door and door frame let bugs and sunlight into the room. We asked for clean sheets and never received them so for two days we slept on the mattress pad. Had to request more towels that were stained. Shower had a huge crack on the wall and was letting water into the wall and it would drain an awful color once water was turned off.

Its over priced no real breakfast parking could be better and directions to your room needs help the elevator is not set right to stop on the floor you want people getting lost asking me were something is the bathroom was not clean hairs on shower walls
