3 Rivers Hotel

Quiet, well priced for high season. Lacking in amenities, but solid on what matters in room, cleanliness, and welcome. Only a few weeks opened after a change in ownership, and year long closure. yet the bathroom was perfect (good updates), and rest of room also very good. Clearly still lots to do for full operations, as reflected in room rates. Greeting and check-in was great! Still missing at least a few signs of life in the large and comfortable lobby area. Small shop for snacks was complete and tidy. From the outside is dark and looks lifeless, so hoping that will improve in time. Dogs allowed and I heard a couple of them barking, which was less great. Pleasant central grassy space and trees. Conveniently located.

I guess they are still in the opening process because many extras are not available. The grounds are in terrible shape.

Outside trash spilling all over. Room smelled very musty! Visualized no cleaning crew. Front desk clerk wonderful. No pool no breakfast. Payed a lot For awful experience. This is first time we have ever given a poor rating.

Just a room. Needs more updating. No top sheet just the duvet which makes me think that wasn’t clean. Eew!! No perks, key never did work, pool was closed, ice machine still broken. Not worth the price.

Great staff, fun bar with limited hours in lobby, great bedding. Only little issue was issues with my key, but that gave me a great chance to get to know the nice folks at the front desk. Can't wait to return.

Glad to see this place reopen. Amy and Amanda took really good care of my group!

The king size bed was comfortable for one night to travel through the town might be ok but if you need to vacation there I don’t recommend.

Location and price

we spent the night there om our way to Washington. For what we needed, this hotel was great option with clean rooms, comfortable beds and affordable price. I would likely use it again if available.
