3 Rivers Hotel

My toilet did not work. It would not fill the tank with water so I could flush it. I told staff that I would be gone for a couple of hours and would like it fixed or to be moved to another room. When I returned, nothing had been done and I was informed that my toilet worked even though no one had looked at it. I could have fixed it myself, but why? As this progressed, I was pretty much told that I was lying about the toilet. Apparently this is what people do for fun when they are traveling. Finally, after 4 trips to the desk, they gave me another room. Remember, the customer is always lying.

Nice place. The ice machines were out of order which was a downfall but otherwise good.

Price was good relative to other hotels

Scary hallways with no elevator. Alarm of some sort went off at 4:30 am. Not attached to fire alarm system. Not sure what happened. No answers.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. Family friendly. The hallways need some touch ups (wallpaper peeling off the walls in some places), but the rooms were clean and nice.

This property has been seemingly purchased recently and the new owners are making an attempt, but it has a long way to go as of July 2023. We cancelled our stay shortly after checking in due to several factors. Service was great, giving us a refund with zero pushback. I'd like to think this place has potential, but it needs work.

My Uber driver thought this hotel was a homeless shelter when he dropped me off. I agree that the outside had people sleeping outside near the windows with grocery carts. Holes in the walls of the hallway. Looks ver dated and run down. The absolutely only saving grace was the dynamite bed and linens.

Photos online are deceptive! Luckily the room itself was generally fine. But this is a dirty, run down hotel

Honestly this hotel is disgusting. Smells awful. Smells like either a smoker or musty mold. Our room was extremely smelly and when I called the front desk to see if we could switch they said there’s nothing they can do. Every ice machine was out of order. When I asked the front desk if there are any working ice machines she said ‘oh no some guy broke it last week.’ And I asked about the one on the second floor and she laughed and said ‘oh that one has never worked.’ I will never be back to this establishment and I will never recommend anyone to stay here. What a joke!

Great staff, and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property itself seems unfinished. There was no exercise room and no food. I expect that will change going forward.
