3 Rivers Hotel

This hotel needs major updating. Carpet was stained and filthy.

Total rip off, building very run down, pool and hot tub closed. Your listing is very misleading definitely will think twice about using your service again. Not a happy camper.

I will not stay in this hotel again. Our room was in the very back and it felt unsafe to leave my vehicle in the back. I had to park my vehicle close to the front of the hotel. The hotel was under construction and not well maintained at all.

Two floors but no elevator and ice machine was out of order.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I believe they are going through some changes and renovations, so not everything matches the photos. There is not an elevator at this time, so be prepared if you are on the 2nd floor. The ice machines were out, but the front desk staff were so helpful in going to get some from the bar. It is a great location for airport runs.

Good, clean, quiet. Smoke detector low battery warning was on, so I was given a new room within minutes. Friendly staff.

The staff were extremely kind & helpful. Although the property is older, it was very well cared for

Overall nice and clean but there is no elevator or breakfast. We were approached by an individual under the influence at the parking lot and management didn’t do much about it, felt very unsafe.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the venue (The Elm) we were there for. We got a nice spacious, clean room and super comfortable bed. We happened to arrive early and Amy did a brilliant and professional job at making early check-in possible! Also she was so kind to give us a mountain view side! I'm so grateful!
