The bed and pillow were okay. The staff was pleasant and nice.

It had a bad smell, similar to a stinky butt. The whole place was decorated ugly, the tub and shower was dull and shabby. There were holes in different places. The outside door pad was coming off. And the walk to the room was ridiculous. You have to walk under a breeze way to your room no inside entrance and it was pouring rain, we were soaked! The whole room just made you feel dirty and it stunk.

Location

The place had many broken windows that had been broken for a while. Their hot breakfast was waffles. It wasn’t all that clean. Definitely not the standard. I expect from a quality inn. This place really hurts that brand.

Bugs in bathroom . Curtains hanging off rod and water marks on bottom. Sheets did not fit correctly, no hot food except for waffles. No cream cheese for bagels. No lounge chairs by the pool, no towels by the pool. Pool has a slippery substance in the steps, almost fell.
