Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel and Conference Center

We loved the pool and arcade.

The refrigerator wasnt cold. And we didn't get the breakfast that I paid for after spending and additional $100+. I only received a refund of $56.

that the pool was in construction amd it wasnt on their site thats why i picked this hotel bc my son loves imside pools but this really disappoint him and me

Horrible experience. Dirty, old, crusty. Still waiting for them to reverse a fraudulent charge they knowingly charged me for an extra room night. Spoke to the Assistant General manager who admitted the theft and said they would reverse the charge, never happened. This motel is trash, stay far away.

i did not even stay at this property i cancelled the reservation and booked somewhere else and the property still had the audactity to charge me 150$

The location is perfect for what I needed

Stayed here twice this week, both times I was told breakfast was not included and I had to show my receipt to prove it. Staff very unprofessional and assumed I was trying to steal a breakfast. I was put on 1st floor with people yelling in the hallways, including maintenance men on radios...this was til 11:30pm. 1st floor window bar would not stay in place. I did not feel safe!! Heater was making a loud noise and finally gave out in the middle of the night. Wall paper literally hanging off the wall. Had a long drive in the a.m. on no sleep. I do not remember this establishment ever being this bad.

Clean, comfortable, generously sized rooms. Nice, spacious lobby area. Well-designed. Satisfying breakfast. Convenient location, within walking distance of the best part of town. Good deal for the money.

Receptionists were not particularly friendly or informative. Breakfast was listed as free on our reservation, but they said it cost extra when we got there. 24-hour computer room didn't work - couldn't access the internet. Highway location near railroad tracks was a slight minus.

Convenience of a breakfast for an early morning departure

I was not given a BF voucher so I couldn't eat. Both Men at the desk insisted that it wasn't included. I assured them it was but that wasn't good enough. I had to go back to my room to get my cell phone to prove that my BF was included. At least 15 minutes of embarrassment for me in front of other people. Terrible customer service over a Breakfast...I wasn't lying about it. I got the voucher but then I didn't have time to eat 😞

The booking sight said breakfast included, but it was NOT. FALSE advertising!
