Staff, location, beds.

WiFi wasn’t working; terrible internet access; the same was the TV, bathroom with poor ventilation , it does not have fan whatsoever; and on top of everything, dogs barking in the room across ours!!:(

Comfy hotel. Courtyard has pool, gym, & arcade!

My door card had to be reset multiple times but it was quick and easy with the front desk! And the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was empty but again that was a quick easy fix with the front desk and house keeping!

nothing.

My wife went to use bathroom. she flush and the entire bathroom was flooded out. called reception, he send a worker who handed me extra towels and put down a plunger and walk away with minimal words. call back down receptionist and was told that house keepers are not around and hotel policy they cant asked maintenance to do it, we got to do it ourselves not even a cup of coffee free or included in the price of the stay.

The hotel room is clean, the staff is courteous, and generally it is as you’d expect from a motel off the highway.

The booking.com listing is totally inaccurate. There is no pool available. There is no free breakfast (it’s $20!). Most of the arcade games are broken. Our family was really disappointed as we’d chosen it based on these three factors on booking.com
