It was amazing! What a great location! Perfect walking distance from the down town which is chock full of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and lovely pool. Would highly recommend!

Came to check in for chowder fest. I was expecting complete maddness. Not the case. We were treated like absolute royalty. Amy k. , steve from maintenance and krys were absolutely the sweetest and most accommodating service staff ive ever encountered. To make the night com plete even after allowing us to utilize the shuttle....they started an outside fire pit for us. I was blown away. The desk attendant directed us to the bar where we were greeted with kindness from dawn. She had a full bar but was still sweet and greeted us with a smile. Im very thankful as I desperately needed a night away. Ill be back next year same hotel because no one can compare. Room was clean...smelled clean and the bathroom was immaculate. Not a spec of dust or grime. Looked freshly remodled. Thank you holiday inn!!!!!

I was overcharged $25.00 and told that this overcharge would come off the bill- it never did and I have been unable to reach anyone to help with this. Additionally, the heating element was extremely loud and the fire alarm went off twice. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
