I am not sure you want me to share my experience. I would never stay at another Double Tree Hotel. First, you have to call maintenance since the lights and television are unplugged. When maintenance arrives, they await a tip and I found out that this is done is almost every room since I asked people in the elevator and in the hotel and they all had the same story. What a SCAM to get extra money from people. Look into this since it is done to everyone. Second, their dining room is a joke. My daughter and I ordered a salad with crispy chicken. We waited over a half-hour and when they came we had two different lettuces since they probably ran out. There was no dressing and when we asked for dressing, they looked at us as if we were requesting something foreign. We asked for ranch dressing and it looked like tartar sauce. We then said give us balsamic and I guess they never put any oil in it. It was gross and my daughter's salad was old with brown marks on it. Third - Breakfast. My daughter asked for waffles and guess what? The waffle maker was broken. She got pancakes that looked so greasy that she did eat them.

Loved the rooms. Clean, comfortable and the hotel staff was great!

I’ve already written to you that we had a problem checking in., and the sliding bathroom door was off either off track or in need of repair, because it was noisey.

Location, plenty of parking.

I got a great price on this just due to the day/market price... Normally I'm in some lower star hotels so I may be easily impressed, but really, it's a great hotel. The staff was polite and everything was very clean and comfortable, communicative as well. Rec room and pool were crazy to have access to, so if you need to keep up with fitness, they keep these nice, too. Thank you to the staff for such a pleasant hotel experience on all sides.

There were not enough parking spots. My pillow stank of cigarette breath. Room filled with the smell of W33D in the middle of the night. I'm not a negative review writer, but this was a horrible stay.

Pretty good

Staff was friendly and they had warm cookies at check in. The food at the restaurant/bar was very good! The bartender was awesome with great service!
