My room was not cleaned. The bed had been slept in and the towels were on the floor. I am asking for a refund. There were no parking places when I arrived. I had to park along the curb.

Called in before hand to confirm my late check in which was around 1230am and was assured that the time was fine and also confirmed that breakfast was free/included. This is my second time staying at a DoubleTree, Binghamton was my first (great experience). I check in and the front desk told me breakfast was not included and I was misinformed. Not the same welcoming experience as Binghamton, and no cookies which I thought was the hotels primary niche. It was late so we get to our room (my wife and toddler) thought we would just follow up in the morning. Morning comes same thing and they confirm breakfast is a la carte and not included. The interesting thing was we were not the only ones ill informed. Two other families during breakfast I overheard having the same issue with the misinformation. We ordered anyway since we were there already. Breakfast was 1/10 and I can’t say anything good about it. Very pricey for what you get, two plates and coffee for $50+ included tip. We sat ourselves as no one was really tending to guests and there were only two servers. Finally acknowledged and the orders took a while to come out and one order came out incorrect. Waitress resolved very promptly though. There was one nice reception, I cannot recall her name but very sweet and welcoming who assisted with extra toiletries since they didn’t replace them when the bed was made. Also provided extra bedding for our toddler since the first night was rough for him.

What an amazing experience! We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for almost a month and we had such exceptional customer service! We were treated like royalty and the hotel was safe, clean, located within walking distance and they made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Special thank you to John, the Manager whose team were professional; kind and hospitable. Any packages that we had delivered were always safely secured. The front desk team was fantastic! Always greeting us with smile and some delicious chocolate chip cookies! Sal, Ashley, Don. Collin, Jason, Jamie, chef Andraia, Raman and Vishal along with the entire Housekeeping staff were phenomenal! The restaurant in the hotel offered a wide variety of delicious eats! The amenities are fantastic and we look forward to staying here again in the near future! We miss the staff and thank them for being so gracious and wonderful too! God bless you:)
