old stains in carpet, bathroom, iron table, moldy odor.

Customer service the worse. Person at the front desk was so rude. I dont know about the other rooms but ours had a really bad smell, carpet was horrible.

Good prices at times

Live roaches were found throughout the room. First room they gave us was occupied and walked in on someone sleeping...

Very disappointed. Guard standing in foyer was not a good sign of safety.

Room was dark and the whole property looks a little fallen down. But for the price nothing to complain. Wouldn’t stay here with my girlfriend/ wife, but as a soll traveler/ men group perfectly fine.

What a waste of my money! My out of town experience was definitely a -5. The fact that this hotel was highly recommended turned out to be the worst hotel I’ve ever been. The amount of roaches I’ve seen in my room is diabolical! When I first arrived which was 1am due to my flight being delayed, the front desk was kind she did what she could. My key didn’t work the first time so I had to walk the very long hallways back to get another key. That happened 3 times. When I finally got into my room which was around 2 ish, that’s when I noticed a very big roach just staring at me .. didn’t even move like I was really a guest in his house. I got my things and attempted to go to another hotel but couldn’t because everything was booked. I asked for the manager and was told that she will be in 7am that morning. My sleep was very uncomfortable. I got up at 10am went down to speak with her and was told she wouldn’t be there until later. I left and came back a few hours later and was told she was gone for the day. Very frustrating! Here it is day 3 and still no call backs. I left my information several of times and still nothing! I usually don’t write bad reviews but I had to say something!

Not a safe area at all. All the pictures shown are old, very old. Property is run down and in need of overhaul. Rooms were old and smelly and bathroom door was barely Omni no due to how small the bathroom was . This place needs to shut its doors and renovate.

Room had old food stuck to carpet; Sheets felt sticky and smelled moldy; Bathroom door could not open all the way because of toilet. Equipment in weight room broken;

The room was old. The carpet was stained and ripped and felt dirty. There was mold in the shower and the sink was cracked. The microwave did not work. I passed by other rooms and saw that there were some that looked like they had new carpet and rooms looked better than mine. I feel that you should not rent out rooms if they need work done. I guess the price I paid goes with how the room looked. Front desk was great !
