Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Charlotte South End Airport

Horrible ventilation in hallways and elevators. No airflow. Room keys did not work.

No AC in lobby or hallways. Room key failed to work 2 times and made my check in process extremely long. Dirty carpets and weird odor. Not like the pictures online and confusing shuttle service.

It was a last minute stay ,short staff but front desk was very friendly.

Property is run down. Won’t stay there again.

Hotel a little run down. Carpets stained. No soap in the bathroom.

The area had women walking around guys hanging out asking for money . When I checked in went to my room I was being totally watched felt very uncomfortable. The door safety latch wasn’t the best . I sat on the bed there was a knock at my door some guy was trying to open it . I guess he has the wrong room . Some how I woke up didn’t know I had fell asleep I missed my husband phone calls I noticed a hot chili pepper on the floor seemed very strange that it was supposed to be a clean room but I still didn’t understand how I knocked out so fast not even knowing that I was sleepy. I jumped up ran down the hall way knowing that my husband been trying to call and the front desk lady told me that she wasn’t sure who he was because he didn’t know our room number I told my husband some how I knocked out went to sleep . It’s something strange going on I will never go back there!!!

The Gentlemen's club (aka strip club) is right across the parking lot. They had one desk personnel working the entire Friday afternoon shift doing check ins and check outs for the Ramada and Clarion hotels (they were next to each other) and answering the phone while attempting to assist guests who walked up to the counter with their numerous complaints of key cards not working. I was given 3 rooms in a 2-hour waiting span. The rooms are very dated. Finally after all this, an audible alarm went off in the building at 7am. I couldn't leave the place fast enough

Well-priced, clean place to rest your head. Staff is unbelievably pleasant, friendly & polite - kudos to the Ramada staff in Charlotte! I was really impressed by everyone I encountered.
