Shockingly disgusting room. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but people need to know! Most disgusting musty smell on entering room followed by very strong smell of urine on bed. Welcomed by several cockroaches roaming room and bathroom. Carpet dated, stained, smelly and nasty. Phone didn’t work to call reception. Had to leave the room within minutes for alternative. They should not be allowed to rent rooms like this legally due to health risk!

The room smelt musty

Country mile walk to my room. Neither key worked day 1. Waited for a new key. That key didn’t work day 2. Big room. Fair condition. I’ve been in hotels/AirBB for half this year. This hotel is in the bottom half of my list. Shuttle from the airport was no problem. Neither the person I spoke with when I called nor the front desk person that checked me in told me I needed a reservation for the shuttle back to the airport. Not an awesome place to stay.

I got stuck overnight and had to get a room. I spent $145.00 for a 75 dollar room. The Ramada Plaza, Radisson and the Clarion are all the EXACT SAME ROOMS ALL im the SAME HOTEL. Dont waste your money thinking the Ramada Plaza or the Radisson is a better hotel. Just find the cheapest Room at the Clarion. Its all you are getting anyway. Room was big and clean but old. Vending machines did not work and no one will replace your money. Shuttle bus drivers are very nice.

Filthy, moldy

Just horrible no AC in the room. The key didn't work took me all most an hr to get into my room. They couldn't move me to another room. It smell and the elevator was broke!

Place had mold, bugs, frogs, locks would reset out of no where, shuttle never came to pick us up. Really ridiculous property here.
