My Stay Was Terrible , When i Arrived To Check In There Was Only One Person Working , She Did The Best She Could Alone , Once I Got The Key And Went To The Room , There Was NO AC And The Room Smelled Horrible Like Something Went Bad In The Fridge And It Wasnt Cleaned Out Properly , I Went Back To The Desk And The Lady Was Able To Give Me Another Room But The Key Didnt Work And Maintenance Man Let Us In. Morning Of Check Out I Waited At The Desk For 30 Minutes And No One Ever Came , I Will NOT Be Staying At This Establishment Anymore !

It was horrible. Pictures did not match the hotel. The room had a bad smell. No hot water. 0 stars

They only had 1 towel in the room and said they didn't have anymore. They said they were over booked. We needed clean sheets and could not get them

You get what you pay for, front staff isn’t necessarily rude, but not friendly either. Property is pretty run down, elevators only worked going up, but not going down (weird). We had to reprogram or key cards every time we would leave. We never got room service in our 3 day stay, this might be reasonable, but it was not disclosed that this would be the case, I was asked if I needed room service by housekeeping our second day, I said yes, we would be leaving in 20 min so they can clean, I pre-tipped her and when we came back out room was not clean, I had to to ask for towels at front desk on our last day. I did not feel unsafe in the area, it’s just that everything is so run down.

We were unable to get into the first room. (Key card wouldn’t work even after reprogramming) the facilities team had to let us in the room. That room had no pillows or towels. We were placed in another room that smelled like smoke. There was was no hot water for a shower the first evening only the next morning. There was just a hurricane that passed through and this was the ONLY hotel available in CLT and only reason we selected instead of going another night with no power. If given the option again, would opt for no power.

I was pretty disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. It's like 3 hotels in one. The lobby furniture was an immediate red flag. The chairs were visibly dirty and worn out. The tables had scratches and chips. The lady at the front desk was extremely sweet. Our room was clean when we walked in, but the bathroom was old with random holes in the wall. The floor looked dirty, and the sink had no stopper in the drain. We were late for our event, so we just tried to ignore it. However, when I got in the shower, there was no hot water. I ran over to the phone, which was sticky and disgusting and, to no surprise, the phone did not work. Because we were already late and so far from the front desk, we took cold showers and rushed to our event. When we came back to our room, some of my friend's things were missing. We couldn't prove someone had been in our room, but we have a very good idea who it could've been, because we spotted him earlier during check-in. Also that night, the AC was making knocking noises, so we couldn't sleep, but we were too exhausted to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel to get to the front desk. The next morning, I reported all of our issues to the girl at the front counter. She said she'd have a manager call me, but she gave me the look like she knew they weren't going to call me. And guess what... no one ever called. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Staff was fruendly but tgere was nothing they could do avout the following: Rugs are worn and stained on at least two floors; Furniture alao was also wornt in areas Chair in room had a broken wheel There's no Safe to securely store things in so you gave to take higher value items out of the room.

Check the google reviews! This place is hands down the worst hotel I've stayed in. Sketchy parking lot, mold covered walls, 5 different dead roaches, 4 different hotel names all leading to the same desk, all bad.

I booked a room at this hotel. When we arrived it looked closed and a sign hung on the door saying to check innat the next attached hotel(The Clarion). We checked in got our room key and she told us to take the elevator that turned out to be broken, we used the stairs. When we got to our room it was ok. The room seemed clean enough but, the popcorn ceiling was hanging off. There was visable mold on the walls, it just looked run down. I got in the shower early in the moning and no hot water. It was freezing cold and there was only 1 towel. My husband and I just dealt with it because we had been driving for 3+ hours to attend a funeral the following day. There was also no breakfast offered which is one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Just a little disappointed.

No hot water or toilet paper. Cockroach in bathroom. Black mold in bathroom. Terrible.
