I booked at Ramada but sign at door sends one to the Clarion next door. Public areas are very dingy, old & look dirty. The room was ok.

Property was old and dirty, found 2 roaches (wasn't looking for them, just happened to see them). The surrounding area was totally sketchy. It was 3 hotels all in one building. Do NOT recommend.

Do not stay here. The property is in a very unsafe area. The hotel room was absolutely filthy. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There were roaches in the bathroom. There was a domestic dispute between a man and girl that honestly was terrifying. Me and my family literally packed up our stuff and left at 2:45 am because we did not feel safe

My original room had to be moved as there was dirt spots all over the mattress, they did move me to another room. There was a roach crawling on my wall.

The room we had was a mess. Mold in the bathroom, ac/ heat not working, and the bedding was ripped. Also the tv never worked

This hotel has a dirty appearance and it looks like it is about to close. Lobby and breakfast area and vending machine was already closed and check in was through Clarion. I do not suggest to stay at this Ramada not at the Clarion Hotel nor the Radisson in this Woodlawn neighborhood. Wodst Hotel experience I had in 25 years of travel. In hindsight I should have checked out after the first night. Hallway carpets are old, dirty and loose, doors have paint chips all over, ceiling tiles broken, ice machine non-functional on 4th floor coffee machine in the room not functional. Staff was friendly but not well trained or little experience. Summary: a property of the Wyndham group so badly managed that it damages their reputation very badly

I only gave the staff more stars because the desk clerk who tried to help me was nice. The manager lied to Expedia to try to keep my money. Do not stay here. There was a roach in my room. I walked in and walked right back out. There was a bunch of people loitering outside.
