There was also no breakfast even though it has images of a breakfast buffet. Also the first night the air conditioning didn't work. So we were offered to go to another nearby room, but that a/c didn't e en power on. But finally on the 3rd try the a/c was coldnin the room and we changed rooms.

It was quiet and transportation was convenient to the airport but I had to change the first room I was in because the connecting room door was broken and would not shut and someone else was in that connected room the tv was gone and the top lock to the main door was busted.

WORSE PROPERTY EVER! Dirty interior and exterior. Trash bag left in room NO HOT WATER in room. No Breakfast as advertised I’m done with hotels.com

This property was not what we expected at all. It is a very run down building and difficult to figure out where to check in. It seems like 3 hotels in one, and they are all in rough shape. There was no one at the front desk for quite awhile when we arrived, and the security person actually had to go and track her down. The room was clean enough, but there was a lot of noise and the smell of marijuana was strong throughout the halls every time we walked through. Our room also had no direct exit to the outside. The window led to an enclosed area that seemed like it had been a courtyard. I believe this is actually a fire code violation. Overall, it didnt seem like a safe hotel to be, especially with kids. I would not stay here again. You truly do get what you pay for.

Not worth staying for the money

The shower in the room had no tube and door. So the water from the shower would spill out onto the floor in the bathroom. Ridiculous! How did this get pass Charlotte's building code is beyond me! Ramada shame on you!

I guess this was a lesson in “you get what you pay for.” Stranded at Charlotte because my airline screwed up travel for thousands of passengers, I was forced to find an affordable hotel, and the unplanned expense of that. So I tried to save money. What a mistake. This property is in rough shape. Carpet in the hallways was disgusting. Door jamb to my room looked like someone tried to pry it open with a crowbar. The stucco walls looked like someone punched holes in them, and nobody bothered to fix them. There were stains on the walls. It just felt unclean. There clearly used to be a large screen TV in the room, but they replaced it with an 20-inch TV hung on the large screen bracket. I found a silverfish (I hope it was a silverfish and not a cockroach!) in the bathroom in the middle of the night and ended up sleeping with the lights on after that. I thought about leaving, but where would I go at 4am? Into another room that could be as bad or worse? Back to the airport to sleep on the floor? As you can imagine it was a horrible night’s sleep. Not worth what I paid for it.

I request to refund the amount paid for the property I checked in to the hotel and to my surprise their are no shampoos and soap and even to call the front office no telephone line it’s wire is not their. With this kind of service why we need to pay for it. I need refund of my payment.
