The location

I requested ocean front or view and instead got a room with resort view. The rooms are decent need to be updated. Oh and unless you bring extra towels or laundry detergent along with a bunch of change extra towels are $35 each.

My room was very clean. Everything I needed as far as appliances. Bed was very comfortable. The view of the ocean was awesome. This place has security which I love I feel so safe don't have to worry.

"The on-site bike rental program stay away from"

We really enjoyed our stay in our villas . We have no complaints about our accommodations there. However, do not rent from the on-site bike rental program. Every bike ride, we went on a chain came off and we had to walk our bikes back multiple miles with small children. When we call the number on the bike, we never got an answer. Jason the owner refused to even offer any kind of reimbursement or apology for our experience. We go to Hilton head for the bicycle riding with all the trails and we ended up pushing our bikes back every time and having to get in our car. I repeat do not rent the bicycles from the Hilton head beach, and tennis resort on site bike rental program.
