"I just want my reimbursement for the double charge"

Location

Bathroom had no shower curtain, no towels in room when arrived. I was charged twice for one night stay. Waiting on reimbursement for more than 3 days now.. still waiting

The lady at the desk was nice

No towels, lamps wasn't plugged in, toilet paper holder fell out of wall, room was not what they advertised. It was so bad we did not stay. We went to a different hotel.
