room was really not clean (carpets, couch, bed, bathroom)

The pictures of the site don't look the same for example on the website they have pictures of a clean pool and when we arrived the pool was dirty and shut down trash was everywhere

Location near good places to eat and walmart and Friday Tina tried to smooth over the check in process. Since our room was not cleaned when we opened the door.

The room was nasty, it wasn't ready after I got a conformation call that I was t mins out, they didn't have iron in room or at front desk, Saturday staff was low key RUDE. The mold on shower curtain, hair in tub, all lights didn't work. Didn't get discount for having to wait (we checked in after 2, couldn't get refund) furniture way out of date, tv had a line going down picture.

Older motel but room and bed were comfortable.

This property was atrocious! Bed bugs bit me up bad and the property manager refused to acknowledge that there was an infestation at his motel. I called and ask for a refund and was denied that and he basically called me a liar saying there were no bed bugs yet I have bites all over my back! This is hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed in!

The room was very quiet in the bed was comfortable

Surroundings for the picture in the advertisement is not even close to the appearance of the hotel. Checked in at different location to be moved to this location and then was told we did not stay even though we did
