Mayfair Inn

We stayed 3days and they never made the bed or gave us fresh towels. One wing of the building is burnt out. There was no weather stripping under the door so dust from the construction blew under the door constantly. The bathroom mirror has silver coming off the back. The microwave oven brace was broken so the microwave was tilted and we could not use it. The mini fridge had no shelves. The door latch for the bathroom was broken at some time and never replaced so the door did not stay shut and could not be locked. If there is a sign, they never lit it up so it was hard to find. I will never stay here again. I have no idea how they stay in business.

The first time I stated at this location the canceled my reservation after I checked in and tried to charge me for cancelation I tried to stay again and they canceled my reservation before arrival time and charged me for cancelation they have shady business practices I'm seeking legal action against this company

Did not like this place.

Toilet was broken, missing shower curtain, tissues, and coffee maker. Furniture was very worn and placed didn’t look as if it had been cleaned. The area did not seem safe.

room door lock didn't work. toilet didn't flush with no one to change the plumbing so they had to change my room. If someone had cleaned the room between guest that problem should have been caught. Linen was dingy. Shower curtain was dirty. Stains all over the room. Broken furniture. Rooms used as storage. I had 2 fridges. I request no smoking but the smell of smoking came from the none working vent in the bathroom. I could go on but will stop here. Moral is if you don't have enough money to afford higher price places, don't make this your stop. Not even for a night.
