Quality Inn & Suites Richfield

Bed was comfortable. Hotel dirty and smelly. Stained carpet, floor was sinking under shower.

Bed was comfortable. Nothing in the area that we saw directly. Pool area was decent, did not get in due to time.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were all courteous and polite.

My room smelled like mildew. The carpet was wet and musty. Spoke to the staff several times about this issue, and got ignored. Staff member said they would handle the situation, but did nothing! Never once did they offer to move us to another room. Also mold found in the bathroom. The TV stopped working. The area is very nice, but we had a very bad experience. Our room was the absolute worst! I'm very disappointed!!!

The property was very convenient to Huntington Bank Field. I felt very safe there. The place could be updated, but it was perfectly fine. My only complaint was the desk in the room had no outlets nearby.

Excellent, quick service. Comfortable and clean rooms. Everything we needed. We did not stay for breakfast.

Very friendly staff! My kids and myself enjoyed the pool. And we liked the weirdness (in a good way lol) of the building. Its a very unique layout! We stayed 2 nights and had a very nice time! We'd stay here again :)

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We have 2 separate charges on our card from this hotel for a one night stay. Only 1 of them is the correct room charge. The hotel itself is trash. The outside looks redone. Our white bed topper had old blood on it. The sink had better water pressure than the shower. It’s extremely outdated.

Was a reasonable price for two nights the only issue I had was the room smelt like cigarette smoke and musky and the hallway was really warm. The linens and towels were really clean which was a plus.

A quixk and easy check in. Very friendly desk clerk. No surprises. Hotel lobby was clean and welcoming.
