We were pleased with our stay. It was easy to get to Cleveland clinic from here. The kids we saw were enjoying the activity area. It's an older hotel but it was clean and employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again.

This place was a dump. It is outdated. The pool is in an indoor atrium and the rooms are around the pool, which does not close until 11. The curtains are so short that they let in this bright blue light from the pool area. The sheets are polyester. There was blood on the desk chair and curtains. We didn’t want to touch anything and the man who checked us in actually called our room at 10:30pm! I had made a complaint about the noise at the pool that echoed into our rooms where we could not go to sleep. We left without breakfast because we couldn’t imagine eating anything that came from that disgusting hotel.

Shawn, (spelling uncertain), he was very nice and helpful. Otherwise it served our purpose for 1 night.

Stuff was old, towels hard and just wasn't comfortable.

Had to have tec to get tv to work, telephone never did work, reservation for 3 and only had 2 sets of towels; had to secure another set, however breakfast was good. Clean room but did have several stains on carpet and chair.

Single Mom booked a king room for myself and two sons. Two beds were not available but a king and double sofa sleeper with a divider was a good option. So we thought. There was no linen for the sleeper sofa. We had asked multiple times for bedding, twice at the front desk and then with the cleaning lady. It never was provided. Attempting to address this with the front desk, I was told I didn't book directly with them so I needed to address concerns with the site I booked with. Well hotels.com did nothing. They stated the manager Eddie advised we needed to PROVE we asked for linen. Seriously?! It was a booked king with double sleeper sofa and the room description clearly stated linens included. We shouldn't have needed to beg for bedding because after asking the second time, it's begging. None the less, neither hotels.com nor this hotel offered any kind of resolution and it ended up being escalated with Choice Hotels Corporate. I chose this hotel to reunite with 5 of my children but the amenities do not outweigh the inconveniences or the retched smell in the hallway.

Excellent choice for our family of four. Traveling for appointments at Cleveland Clinic. Roadwork made 20 minute trip into 35/45 minutes to CC. Dated but still entertaining. Secure location. Perhaps slightly understaffed in the housekeeping department? Honestly, no complaints.

Outdated rooms. Shower didn't drain well. Excellent staff.

Would be staying again! Reasonable and good value. Comfy and clean rooms, breakfast was great

I never sleep well at hotels. This was the best sleep I ever had at one.
