Quality Inn & Suites Richfield

Overall our stay was fantastic. Easy to find. Easy check in. Staff was great. Our room was clean. We stayed for two nights for concerts and it worked out perfectly for us. Only downfall not very many places close by for food options.

No tiene la limpieza suficiente. Todo el hotel incluyendo desde cuarto hasta áreas recreativas necesitan mucha más limpieza.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located. The kids had fun in the pool and hot tub. The breakfast offerings were pretty good but I would have preferred bacon over the mushy sausage links.

The hotel room itself was clean enough but the whole hotel is very run down and old. The windows of the rooms are very dingy/cloudy and need replacement. Overall, this hotel is okay but looks tired/worn out and needs renovations. For the price, I was expecting better. One of my clean towels had a very long black curly hair in it (picture attached). Definitely not mine. That was very gross.

The staff.

It was not what was shown on the site page. You should update the photos. If I knew what it really was like, I would not have picked this place. To me that's false advertising.

Saw 2 bugs in my room and I had an older style room that didn’t look like the photos. The breakfast was good but the ATM was also down. There’s good entertainment for kids (arcade, pool, golf course etc)

This place ain’t bad neither is their food , but me and my family was talking about something & I look over and I seen a roach crawling on the wall from the corner of my eye ! It’s not bad or anything theirs alotta of fun things to do & see but rather then that I will not come back .
